Application support - individual session




According to government guidelines, volunteers can provide the following support:

  • Explain what the form asks for and enter the applicant's responses.

  • assist in translating the forms or guidance.

  • Assist the applicant in understanding the instructions for document submission.


This session may also include scanning and printing (up to three sheets).


Our volunteer will assist you with the UPE application process by translating and referencing information from official sources. This session may also include scanning and a reasonable amount of printing (up to 3 sheets).


This support session cannot be considered any form of legal or immigration advice.






Our volunteers can only provide information that comes from official sources.
